Ufreetrial provides shipping to the United States.

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible, and we can send your order either to your home or workplace.

Please make sure to provide us with the correct shipping address when placing your order, no changes can be made after dispatch.

1. Verification
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order; however, we will do our best to support your request.

It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

All orders are shipped using courier services and can be tracked online.

**Please note that your tracking information might not be visible on your account once your order leaves our warehouse since we need to receive this information from the courier and upload it into our system. However, if you cannot see your tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email at help@ufreetrial.com

**Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of the order, and can take longer than the expected date due to an invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
